  • Do you have the drive, experience and vision to take the Band to the next level?
  • Can you gain the trust, confidence and respect of Band members?
  • Will you guide, encourage, lead, support and challenge (where needed) the Band and each and every musician?
  • Are you willing to engage with each and every Band member, the Committee and the Trustees and work in partnership to continue building the band’s ‘Brand’
